"I'm a Nutritionist trained for 15 years, postgraduate in medicinal plants (Phytotherapy) and also Acupuncture. It includes Chinese Medicine. I also did Acupuncture in aesthetics in Brazil, in addition to Clinical Sports Nutrition. I moved to Australia, where I studied Sports Nutrition and took a Chef course. I also took some Shamanic courses for Ceremonial Cacao. I'm currently taking a course on plant-based and fermenting vegan cheeses. Currently I call myself a Naturalist/Nutritionist Chef. But I also work in services such as Acupuncture, Drainage and Reflexology/Massage"
